THURSDAY...

* WHAT...North winds increasing to advisory strength today then 25
  to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and very steep wind-driven seas
  of 8 to 13 ft expected.

* WHERE...Gales and very steep and hazardous seas are expected
  beyond 2 nm from shore south of Port Orford. Small Craft
  Advisory conditions are expected elsewhere.

* WHEN...The Gale Warning is in effect from 2 AM Monday to 5 AM
  PDT Thursday. The Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 11 AM
  Sunday to 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
