Temperatures trend more seasonable from today onward. Dry and
breezy weather with a few hours of elevated fire weather
conditions in the Valley and Delta continue through Friday
alongside periods of low humidity and limited overnight recovery
across the mountains, foothills, and portions of the northern
Sacramento Valley. Monsoonal moisture returns this weekend
although mountain thunderstorm chances remain around 10 to 15
percent, highest along the Sierra crest south of Highway 50 late
weekend into next week.
