Hot and dry conditions continue through the next several days
across the region. Elevated Fire Weather Concerns for the northern
Sacramento Valley and adjacent foothills/mountains, and Sierra
Foothills through Sunday, and for the Burney Basin through Monday.
The combination of hot temperatures, poor overnight recoveries,
breezy to locally gusty conditions, and low daytime humidity in
the single digits to teens are the primary factors. Conditions
will remain breezy into Monday as well, especially in the northern
Sac Valley and Burney Basin.
