PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

* Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood

  at 1:01 PM CDT Monday was 16.8 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
  stage at 16.8 feet.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, County roads begin flooding and the road 2
  miles north of the gauging location is one of the first to flood

The National Weather Service in Juneau has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Heavy Rainfall...Around the Mendenhall Lake in Juneau within the
  central Inner Channels ...

* Until 1100 PM AKDT Monday.

* At 933 AM AKDT, river gauge reports indicate large water level
  rises from heavy rain over the warning area that is causing
  impacts. Two to four inches of rain have fallen in the last 36
  hours. Additional rainfall of up to 1 inch is expected over the
  area through the next 24 hours.

* For the Mendenhall Lake: At 915 AM AKDT the stage was 9.8 feet.
  Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
  Forecast: 11.0 feet late this afternoon. Impacts: At 10.0 feet,
  water levels will inundate Mendenhall Campground with up to 3 feet
  of water covering low areas along with up to 1.5 feet of water
  covering Skaters Cabin Road. Portions of West Glacier Trail will
  be impassable. At 10.4 feet, significant flooding along the
  Mendenhall Lake area with more than 3 feet of water in places and
  the Mendenhall Campground will be evacuated. Some homes along
  View Drive will have up to 3 feet of water in yards. At 10.9 feet,
  View Drive will be flooded and impassable with significant
  flooding to some homes in the area.

* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of the campground at the Nature
  Center is expected. Water encroaches onto other properties along
  the south side of the river.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.2
  feet on 01/19/2014.

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the St Mary`s River At Macclenny.
* From Tuesday afternoon until further notice.
* At 8:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 10.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
  tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 13.1 feet early Thursday
  morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas and
  timber lands including some properties along St. Mary`s River
  Bluff Road and the Cypress Landing Resort on the Georgia side.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Flooding of bottomlands along the river and
  some lower access roads inlcuding the lower half of St. Mary`s
  River Bluff Road which cuts off 15 to 20 homes on the Georgia side.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Flooding begins to impact the lower end of
  Steel Bridge Road on the Florida side and cuts off access to the
  river gage as well as access to several homes.

  river. The flood waters may affect some residential property as
  water backs up into the drainage ditches in the city.

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Henrico County in central Virginia...
  Northeastern Charles City County in east central Virginia...
  Southwestern New Kent County in east central Virginia...

* Until 800 PM EDT Monday.

* At 256 AM EDT, gauge reports from the Chickahominy river continue
  to show flooding. The river crested at 10.24 feet on Saturday
  morning but minor flooding is still occurring in the warned area.

Flooding is occurring along the Chickahominy River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
