.SYNOPSIS...
Generally seasonal weather will prevail through next week. High
pressure to the south will bring warming for the weekend with
Sunday high temperatures around 5 degrees above average near the
coast to 10 degrees above average farther inland. Cooling early
next week to around 5 degrees above average on Tuesday, then
slightly warmer on Wednesday and slightly cooler on Thursday.
Night and morning coastal low clouds will continue to spread into
portions of the valleys.

SAN DIEGO...WESTERN RIVERSIDE AND SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO
COUNTIES...
.SHORT TERM (Today through Sunday)...
High pressure to the south will bring warming for the weekend.
High temperatures for today will be a few degrees warmer for the
coast and valleys with not much change for the deserts. There will
be additional warming for the weekend with Sunday high
temperatures around 5 degrees above average near the coast and 10
degrees above average farther inland. High temperatures on Sunday
will range from the lower 70s near the coast to the 90s for the
Inland Empire with 110 to 114 for the lower deserts. A marine
layer near 2000 feet will decrease to 1500 to 2000 feet over the
weekend with night and morning coastal low clouds not spreading as
far into the valleys.

.LONG TERM (Monday through Thursday)...
A low pressure system moving inland through California on Monday
will strengthen onshore flow with cooling spreading inland on
Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday high temperatures will be around 5
degrees above average, ranging from the lower 70s near the coast
to the mid 80s to mid 90s for the Inland Empire with 106 to 110
for the lower deserts. Wednesday will be slightly warmer and
Thursday slightly cooler. The marine layer will be around 2000
feet deep with night and morning coastal low clouds spreading into
portions of the valleys.

.AVIATION...
130930Z....Coast/Valleys...Low clouds based around 1000-1500 feet
MSL and tops to 1800 feet will continue to spread into some of the
inland valleys by 14Z. Vis reduced 0-5SM between these levels.
Clouds clearing 15-17Z inland and 17-19Z for the coast, but only
brief or partial clearing at the immediate coast. Low clouds will
begin their move inland after 00Z and locally into inland valleys by
early Saturday. Bases/vis will be slightly lower, with less inland
coverage.
Otherwise...SCT high clouds and unrestricted vis today and tonight.
