.SHORT TERM (Today through Saturday)...
The marine layer remains around 2000 feet deep. However cloud
bases are lower with the depth of the saturated cloud layer a
little deeper than 24 hours ago. There could be some patchy
drizzle this morning as well as some lower visibilities in fog for
the mesas and other higher coastal terrain.

Not much change in high temperatures is expected through Friday
with high temperatures around average for the coast and valleys
and around 5 degrees above average for the deserts. High
temperatures through Friday will range from around 70 near the
coast to the 80s and lower 90s for the Inland Empire with 104 to
108 for the lower deserts. High pressure to the south will bring
warming of a few to around 5 degrees for Saturday.

&&

.LONG TERM (Sunday through Wednesday)...
High pressure to the south will continue the warming through
Sunday with Sunday high temperatures 5 to 10 degrees above
average. High temperatures on Sunday will range from the lower
70s near the coast to the upper 80s to upper 90s for the Inland
Empire with 110 to 114 for the lower deserts.

Stronger onshore flow and slight weakening of high pressure aloft
will spread cooling inland on Monday and Tuesday with Tuesday
high temperatures around average to a few degrees below average.
High temperatures on Tuesday will range from around 70 near the
coast to the 80s to around 90 for the Inland Empire with 104 to
108 for the lower deserts. Then warming on Wednesday to around 5
degrees above average for the mountains, deserts, and inland

low clouds spreading farther into the valleys.
