* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
  two inches.

* WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A narrow band of moderate accumulating lake
  effect snow will continue to drift across portions of Northwest
  Pennsylvania over the next several hours. Snow will be lighter
  outside of that narrow band.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

* WHAT...Periods of heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow
  accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.

* WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The gusty wind could
  make the visibility poor in blowing snow as well. The hazardous
  conditions could extend into the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills are near or even below zero and
  will stay that cold through the night.

Consider delaying travel. If travel is necessary, drive with extreme
