steep and transition to swell dominated 10 to 12 ft at 13
seconds through Tuesday afternoon. Winds increase again Tuesday
evening to south gales 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Gales
quickly shift to northwest late Tuesday night. Very steep and
hazardous seas of 15 to 17 ft develop Tuesday night.
