  closed due to water over roadway. Greens Farm Road floods between
  Highway 166 north to Dunbar Hill.

  - At 2:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 19.2 feet this evening. It will

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, urban areas, and
  other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 204 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms over far southern Kansas. 1 to 3 inches has
    already fallen since yesterday evening, with an additional
    inch or two possible the rest of the night. This will
    aggravate ongoing flooding concerns.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Arkansas City, Winfield, Anthony, Caldwell, South Haven,
    Dexter, Geuda Springs, Hunnewell, Bluff City, Waldron,
