...New AVIATION...
.UPDATE...
Issued at 939 PM CST Thu Nov 14 2024
The evening sfc analysis indicates sfc ridging anchored from the
Mid-MS Valley S into the Four State Region. Given the crystal
clear sky and light winds, strong radiational cooling is underway,
and will persist overnight allowing temps to fall into the mid 30s
north to lower 40s south. Patchy frost will be possible where
temps will be coldest across SE OK, much of SW AR, and the far Nrn
parishes of N LA, which is covered well in the going forecast.
Thus, no changes were needed this evening, as the current forecast
is in great shape.

(06Z TAFS)
Issued at 1024 PM CST Thu Nov 14 2024
VFR and SKC continues across the airspace this evening and is
expected through the TAF period as surface high pressure remains
dominate. No changes have been made with this cycle when compared
to the previous. Terminal winds will transition from VRB to more
of a N/NE theme, generally between 3-5KT. Confidence is decreasing
in BR/FG impacts at eastern terminals. As a result, have removed
the IFR/LIFR TEMPO added to the previous package and have elected
to introduce very minimal VSBY reduction, if any through 12z.
