Humidex values reaching 37 are expected.
A period of hot weather will continue.
Highs today are expected to reach the low 30s inland. Rising humidity will will cause humidex values climb to the mid to upper 30s. Cooler conditions can be expected along the coast.
Temperatures will remain relatively mild tonight, with lows not falling below the mid to upper teens. However, showers are forecast to begin tonight and may provide some relief from the warm temperatures.
The heat will ease somewhat on Sunday under cloudier skies with showers and moderate southwesterly breezes, though temperatures will still rise into the mid to upper 20s over many areas, with humidex values well above 30.
