Marine Weather StatementIssued 4:05 AM PST 2 February 2026 A trough brings strong to gale force southeasterly and southwesterly winds to the central and southern waters today before it moves into Interior British Columbia this afternoon.
An intense Pacific frontal system offshore will move eastward across the marine regions tonight and on Tuesday spreading gale to storm force southeasterly winds over much of the outer waters.
