Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:50 AM PDT 5 April 2026 A frontal system will move across Bowie today and into Hecate Strait by Monday morning. Southerly gales will develop briefly today ahead of the front. The front will continue southward and eventually move over the Lower Mainland late in the day on Monday, generating westerly gales over the inner South Coast waters on Monday night into Tuesday morning.
