By 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday trough located east of the Marine
District.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located over
New England.

Issued 7:21 PM ADT 4 August 2026 A trough of low pressure will continue to track eastward across the
marine district tonight. Strong to gale force westerly winds are
forecast in the wake of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warnings is in effect for
Anticosti.
