Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:49 AM ADT 4 October 2026 A low pressure system will approach from the southwest on Monday and
intensify as it approaches northeastern waters late in the day.
Strong to gale force southeasterlies are expected ahead of this
system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Fourchu, Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen - northeastern half,
and Anticosti - eastern half.
