...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM PDT
FRIDAY DUE TO WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR NORTH BAY INTERIOR
MOUNTAINS...

.Moderate offshore winds will develop Thursday evening into Friday
morning over the North Bay Interior Mountains. Conditions will be
very dry with very poor overnight humidity recoveries only reaching
14 to 24 percent. Rapid fire spread is possible given the combination
of gusty northerly winds and very dry overnight conditions.

The National Weather Service in San Francisco CA has issued a Red
Flag Warning in effect from 10 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Friday.

* AFFECTED AREA...North Bay Interior Mountains.

* TIMING...From 10 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Friday.

* WINDS 20 FOOT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
The highest peaks above 4000ft will see gusts up to 60 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 16 to 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning is issued when weather conditions that promote
rapid spread of fire which may become life-threatening are forecast.
This does not mean there is a fire. These conditions are either
occurring now or will begin soon. It is important to have multiple
ways to receive information from authorities.

Please advise responding agencies or fire crews in the field of this
fire weather alert.

Follow all fire restrictions. One less spark, one less wildfire.

Never leave burning debris or camp fires unattended; extinguish them
completely. Avoid using equipment or machinery that could create a
spark. Secure tow chains to avoid dragging and subsequent sparks.
