...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
California...

Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County.

Eel River at Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
California...

Navarro River at Navarro affecting Mendocino County.

...The Flood Warning for the Van Duzen River at Bridgeville has been
cancelled...

...The Flood Warning for the Mad River at Arcata has been
cancelled...

For the Russian River...including Hopland...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Navarro River...including Navarro...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Eel River...including Fernbridge...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Russian River near Hopland.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Flooding of Highway 175 is expected at the
approaches to the Russian River bridge. Expect flooding of
cropland on the right bank of river.
At 17.0 feet, Significant flooding of Highway 175 at the
approaches to the Russian River bridge. Minor flooding of Highway
222 near Ukiah, and in crop land along the left and right banks of
the Russian River near Hopland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM PST Friday the stage was 16.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 AM PST Friday was 16.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0
feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
late this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
16.9 feet on 12/29/2010.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Navarro River at Navarro.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5
miles east of Highway 1 is certain and the road will be closed.
Motorists should use alternate routes.
At 30.0 feet, Water will flow over the south bank of the river
approximately 1 mile east of Highway 1, and begins to flood
property in this area including six homes. Expect closure of
Highway 128. Motorists should use alternate routes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 AM PST Friday the stage was 22.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
morning to 28.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below
flood stage this evening to 9.2 feet late Sunday evening. It
will rise to 9.5 feet Monday morning. It will then fall again
and remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
29.5 feet on 02/07/2015.

Alert Details:
* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following
county, southwestern Mendocino.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Prolonged, heavy rainfall is causing the Garcia River at
Point arena to rise significantly enough to flood Highway 1
between Flumeville and Stornetta. The Garcia River is forecast to
peak near 12 AM Friday at 15 feet. Attitudinal heavy rainfall is
forecast to continue through tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 204 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Mendocino County.

Alert Details:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest California, including the following
counties,  Lake and Mendocino.

* WHEN...Until noon PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water
in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be
an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 924 AM PST, Small rivers, streams and creeks will slowly
recede today.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ukiah, Fort Bragg, Willits, Lakeport, Point Arena, Ukiah
Municipal Airport, Upper Lake, Laytonville, Albion,
Middletown, Clearlake, Potter Valley, Witter Springs,
Saratoga Springs, Philo, Knobcone Camp, Boonville, Hopland,
North Lakeport and Finley.
