Alert Details:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Shasta and Tehama.

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water
over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water
in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 759 AM PST, California Highway Patrol reported areas of
roadway flooding along CA-99 in Tehama County between Los
Molinos and Red Bluff. Minor flooding is already occurring.
Between 3 and 9 inches of rain have fallen in the advisory
area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Redding, Red Bluff, Corning, Orland, Willows, Elk Creek, Palo
Cedro, Alder Springs, Yolla Bolly District Rs, Shasta Dam,
Shingletown, Glenn, Shasta Lake, Anderson, Tehama, Rancho
Tehama Reserve, Blossom, Flournoy, Henleyville and Paskenta.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Alert Details:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra,
Sutter, Tehama and Yuba.

* WHEN...Until 900 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent. Increasing water levels along streams
and creeks with enhanced runoff in the Park Fire burn scar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 901 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in
the advisory area. Between 3 and 10 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 4 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chico, Paradise, Oroville, Pulga, Mineral, Brush Creek Rs,
Chester, Quincy, Palermo, Shingletown, Glenn, Gridley, East
Quincy, Mill Creek, Butte Meadows, Stirling City, Lovelock,
De Sabla Powerhouse, Storrie and Forest Ranch.

Alert Details:
* WHAT...Prolonged periods of moderate to heavy rain with additional
amounts of 1 to 4 inches expected, and up to 4 to 9 inches
possible in the foothills. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall
is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
areas, Central Sacramento Valley, Mountains Southwestern Shasta
County to Western Colusa County, Northeast Foothills/Sacramento
Valley, Northern Sacramento Valley and Shasta Lake Area / Northern
Shasta County.

* WHEN...Through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in sharp rises of rivers,
creeks, and streams, and ponding of water or flooding on roadways
and other low-lying locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
