It has been a pleasant afternoon as high pressure ridges across the
area. This has allowed for mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and
near seasonal temperatures in the low to mid 70`s to prevail across
west central and southwest Florida. Overnight temperatures tonight
will run about 8-10 degrees warmer than 24 hours ago dipping only
into the upper 40s north to the mid to upper 50s central and south.
High pressure remains in control on Wednesday with continued mostly
sunny to partly cloudy skies and slightly warmer temps in the mid
70s to around 80. No changes needed to current forecast.&&

There continues to be indications that more IFR/LIFR ceilings along
with some fog will develop later tonight into Wednesday morning,
especially from around the I-4 corridor northward. Otherwise, VFR
conditions should prevail with east-northeast winds around 5-10
knots.

High pressure over the region will weaken through mid week with
winds and seas subsiding. A cold front will move through the
eastern gulf waters preceded by showers and a few thunderstorms
Thursday afternoon into Friday. Another high pressure area will
build into the region with gusty northerly winds and seas into
Saturday.
