.Synopsis...
A cutoff low continues to linger near SoCal through Thursday,
bringing chances for isolated PM mountain/upper foothills
thunderstorm the next several days. Elsewhere dry and seasonable
weather persists through Thursday. After Thursday, overall drier
weather is expected to prevail through the weekend and into next
week as temperatures trend slightly above normal.

* Today-Thursday:

-Isolated mountain thunderstorm chances continue.
-Today: 20-30%, highest along the Sierra/southern Cascades.

-Thursday: 5-15%, highest along the Sierra south of I-80.

-Seasonable temperatures persist with high temperatures in the
     70s across the Delta, Valley, and foothills and 50s to 60s at
     higher elevations.

* Friday - Tuesday:

-Above-normal temperatures and Minor HeatRisk late week, through
     the weekend and into early next week across the Delta, Valley
     and foothills. Periodically breezy winds expected at times.

-Probability of high temperatures 80 degrees F or higher:
- Friday: 20-40%
- Saturday - Sunday: 40-70%
- Monday - Tuesday: 50-80%

-Probability of northerly Wind Gusts > 30 mph:
       -Friday: 40-70%, highest along and west of the Interstate
        5 corridor

VFR conditions expected over the next 24 hours at TAF site, with
Valley winds 12-14 kt with gusts to 20 to 25 kt through 06Z. The
Delta will see westerly gusts 15 to 25 kts through 09Z Thursday.
There is a 15-25% chance of isolated mountain thunderstorms from
until 03Z this aft/eve.
