Below normal temperatures and unsettled weather continues this
week as a low pressure system moves through the area. Alongside
improving humidity values, scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms are expected through this evening with a slight
chance for snow showers along the Sierra above 7000 feet at
times. Mountain shower and isolated thunderstorm chances linger
through Monday mainly south of Interstate 80 with near normal
temperatures and drier conditions elsewhere. Temperatures then
trend warmer area wide next week with lowering humidity and
periodically breezy onshore flow.
