Did you know...?
Exposure to air pollution may cause healthy people to experience irritated eyes, increased mucus in the nose or throat, coughing or difficulty breathing, especially during exercise.
The AQHI is an initiative between Environment Canada, Health Canada, Nova Scotia Environment, and The Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness in partnership with the Lung Association of Nova Scotia and Clean Nova Scotia.
