.Hot and dry weather will continue for the bulk of this week,
with the hottest day of the week coming today. Areas farther
inland will remain hot on Thursday, while areas closer to the
coast will see some minor cooling. High temperatures will drop
back into the 90s at most locations on Friday into the weekend.

anyone without proper hydration or adequate cooling. Heat
stress is possible for livestock and outdoor pets.
